BairesDev, a global technology leader, seeks a Senior AI Engineer to design and ship AI pipelines, lead AI initiatives, and build agentic systems across remote teams worldwide.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of software engineering, expert Java, Python, and API integration experience, plus hands-on work with LLMs and AI orchestration. English proficiency required for global collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Deep expertise in agentic system design, tool use, agent loops, function calling, outputs and reasoning models.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integrations.
• Comfort with AI-assisted coding in daily workflow.
• Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks (MCP or similar).
• Background with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, Bedrock; Anthropic preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

What You'll Do

• Design and ship pipelines integrating with LLM providers and platforms.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands‑on experience with Python.
• Deep expertise in agentic system design, including tool use, agent loops, function calling, structured outputs, and reasoning models.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integrations.
• Comfort with AI‑assisted coding as part of the daily workflow.
• Experience with MCP or AI agent orchestration frameworks.
• Background working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or Bedrock; Anthropic experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Comprehensive testing experience.
• Background with SnapLogic or similar iPaaS/enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience with Maven build systems and CI/CD.
• Experience with vector store integrations.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills across backend, platform, and UI teams.
