Sanofi is seeking a Rare Hematology Area Business Manager for Allergy/Immunology, focused on the remote US territory. The role centers on building market development for AYVAKIT in systemic mastocytosis and related specialties, engaging allergists and immunologists, and driving territory performance with compliant, data‑driven strategies.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage accounts, and develop strategic plans to meet KPIs while traveling up to half the time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Must reside within or in close proximity to the assigned territory.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Own sales execution for allergy/immunology within the territory, driving AYVAKIT performance.
• Identify and engage allergists/immunologists and key decision makers across accounts.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve performance objectives.
• Lead market development, disease awareness, patient identification and referrals across SM.
