Sanofi is seeking a Rare Hematology Area Business Manager for Allergy/Immunology, primarily remote within the US. You will lead territory sales, engage allergists and immunologists, and build market development for AYVAKIT and SM among specialty physicians.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop territory plans, and travel up to 50% to key accounts and meetings, supporting growth in a high-need rare disease area.

Qualifications

• Experience in biotech/pharma sales within rare diseases or specialty care.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with HCPs.
• Ability to navigate complex disease states and market access environments.

• Own sales execution for allergy/immunology within the territory and AYVAKIT performance.
• Engage allergists, immunologists, and care-team members to drive treatment adoption.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet targets.
