Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead a new Rare Disease GI/Hepatology team in Riverside, CA.

You will develop and execute territory strategies, build physician relationships, and deliver clinically focused presentations that communicate therapeutic value. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, GI/Hepatology experience, and a proven track record in complex, matrixed selling environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Consistent top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with autonomy and independence.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Use data tools and insights to inform strategies and decisions.
• Conduct group presentations and account-based selling as needed.
• Plan regular coverage of the territory and manage the territory budget.
