Qualifications

• RN/LPN/CCM preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for patients and caregivers, providing non-clinical guidance and support.
• Explain eligibility, enrollment, reimbursement, and access for therapies.
• Coordinate care between prescribers, specialty pharmacies, and insurers.
• Monitor cases for delays or issues and proactively resolve them.
• Educate patients on program resources and financial assistance.
• Document status in case management system and maintain confidentiality.
