Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to support U.S. Medical Affairs in the Central territory. You will engage healthcare professionals and KOLs to advance understanding of rare diseases and Zevra's therapeutic portfolio.

The role requires 5+ years in Medical Affairs or related pharma/biotech roles, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Travel 60–75% and territory residence are required.

Qualifications

• MD, PhD, PharmD or DNP required with 5+ years in Medical Affairs or related roles.
• Experience in rare diseases (lysosomal, metabolic, neurological) preferred.
• Ability to travel 60–75% and reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Conduct peer-to-peer scientific discussions and communicate clinical data.
• Support medical projects and represent Zevra at scientific meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams.
