Job summary

Ipsen is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Training in Rare Disease who will design and deliver the full annual training program for field personnel. You will lead primary facilitation, assess skills, and ensure training aligns with regulatory and medical requirements.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR worldwide, manage budgets, and leverage platforms like iLearn LMS, ACTO, Veeva, and iEngage to scale learning.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years biopharma commercial experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Rare Disease.
• Strong facilitation & presentation skills.
• Knowledge of selling principles.
• Familiarity with learning platforms and LMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute field force training programs for Rare Disease teams.
• Lead development and execution of the annual training program.
• Assess employees' skills and provide improvement guidance.
• Oversee administration of training materials and logistics.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR to drive program development.
• Maintain training content on platforms like iLearn LMS, ACTO, Veeva, iEngage.
• On-board new hires and assign curriculum.
• Monitor training effectiveness and budget.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and medical approvals.
