Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Field Training Manager to lead the delivery of Rare Disease training across commercial teams. You will manage new hire onboarding, sustainment programs, and NSM/POA training while evolving the RARE brand and curriculum with cross-functional collaboration.

You will evaluate participant performance, coordinate procurement and distribution of training materials, and deploy content via IPSEN LMS, ACTO, Veeva, and iEngage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years biopharma commercial experience.
• 2+ years Rare Disease exposure preferred.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with sales execution systems (ACTO, Veeva, iEngage) preferred.
• Adult learning principles knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute field force training programs (New Hire, Sustainment, NSM/POA).
• Implement and enhance Rare training program and brand evolution.
• Assess employees’ skills and prepare written evaluations with improvement advice.
• Oversee training materials logistics: ordering, stocking, shipping.
