Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be willing to work 2nd shift and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Grind, file, or sand surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and machines.
• Chase machine cut threads to size and inspect finishes and threads.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
• Operate test cells, vacuum furnaces, and other production equipment.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure safe, quality production.
