SpaceX is seeking a Propulsion Technician (Raptor) for the 2nd shift to assemble and test rocket hardware and related sub-assemblies.

You will work on Raptor combustion devices, read technical drawings, operate precision tools, and troubleshoot to keep safety and quality at the forefront. Candidates should have hands-on manufacturing experience and a drive to learn in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Formación

• A&P license and aerospace engine experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble and test rocket hardware and sub-assemblies for Raptor devices.
• Operate precision tools and machinery (torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers).
• Read technical drawings and follow work instructions.
• Troubleshoot anomalies and work autonomously on defined schedules with safety and quality in mind.

Conocimientos

A&P license

2+ years aerospace engines experience

5+ years aerospace engines experience

Mechanical troubleshooting

Ability to work independently

Educación

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
