Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with hardware assembly or operating and maintaining complex machinery.
• Ability to read, interpret and work from drawings, procedures and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and turn over various additive manufacturing printers according to procedures, specifications, and instructions.
• Fully support all post printing operations including powder removal, support removal, borescope and inspections.
• Ensure safety and deliver defect-free hardware.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and thoroughly maintained work space.
• Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications and/or engineering requirements.
• Develop and implement efficiency improvement projects.
• Maintain consumable supply inventory and complete cycle counts.
• Independently verifications and document results clearly.
• Assist engineers with development build ups or tear downs.
• Operate post processing equipment such as drills, handheld grinders and CNC machines as required.
• Adapt to process changes and updates to work instructions.
