Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a Rapid Response Registered Nurse for part-time day shifts. The role requires 0–1 years of experience (2–4 preferred), an NJ RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification. The position offers a responsive care environment with opportunities to contribute to patient outcomes.

You will provide rapid response nursing, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support patients and families through acute care needs in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years’ experience required; 2-4 preferred.
• NJ RN license and current BLS/ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Administer, monitor and document therapeutic interventions.
• Delegate care and supervise other nursing staff as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes and care plans.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and team training.
