Job summary

Memorial Home Services seeks an experienced RN to serve as a housewide resource for rapid response and critical care support in Springfield, IL. You will respond to Rapid Response Team calls, assess patient stability, and help optimize throughput and resource use across the unit.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, IL RN license, BLS/ACLS, CCRN or equivalent within 12 months, and 3+ years of critical care experience. This role emphasizes collaboration and ongoing professional development.

Full time$35.92 - $57.47Serves as a housewide resource to assist staff in the recognition and stabilization of patients with signs of clinical deterioration. Responds to Rapid Response Team calls during work shift. Assists with patient throughput by regularly assessing utilization of critical care and IMC beds, as well as telemetry and other resource-intensive clinical equipment/technology.
