Job summary

Memorial Home Services seeks an experienced RN to serve as a housewide resource for rapid response and critical care support in Springfield, IL. You will respond to Rapid Response Team calls, assess patient stability, and help optimize throughput and resource use across the unit.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, IL RN license, BLS/ACLS, CCRN or equivalent within 12 months, and 3+ years of critical care experience. This role emphasizes collaboration and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of critical care experience required.
• Maintain annual critical care competencies.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills with interprofessional team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Rapid Response Team calls during shift.
• Assist with patient throughput and utilization of critical care beds and telemetry.
