Job summary

Join the Cleveland Clinic West Palm Beach team to provide patient-first healthcare. You will work with dedicated caregivers and support a rewarding nursing career in a globally respected health system.

As an RN for the Rapid Response Program, you will deliver nursing care across ambulatory settings, collaborate with the ER Rapid Response physician, coordinate transfers to Weston Hospital, and assist with authorizations and triage as needed.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Current BLS certification; ACLS/ALS within six months if applicable.
• One year of RN experience preferred; experience in ambulatory care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care across ambulatory settings.
• Support ER Rapid Response physician in responding to acutely ill patients and coordinating transfers.
• Assist with prior authorizations and telephone triage as needed.
• Educate patients and families and participate in care planning.
