Qualifications

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist certification; BLS and ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and advanced respiratory procedures according to policy and procedure.
• Reviews and documents all clinical information for each patient.
• Educates patients and co-workers on procedures and treatment plans.
• Perform diagnostic procedures (e.g., ABG analysis, EKGs) and provide care per age-specific criteria.
• Adapts care to patient population and maintains patient privacy and safety.
