Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Clinical Nurse to join the Rapid Response/Code Team, providing hospital-wide emergency response and expert clinical guidance to staff. The role includes direct patient care, education on procedures, and leadership during critical events to ensure top-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

Qualified candidates will have ACLS and 2+ years in Critical Care or Emergency Department settings, plus strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Critical Care or Emergency Department experience.
• ACLS certification required.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work safely and remain alert in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency codes and critical events across the hospital.
• Offer guidance and training to staff on clinical procedures.
• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication.
• Participate in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring clear communication across care teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
