Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC Water Restoration certificate preferred.
• Identify consumables, usage and disposal requirements with training.
• Knowledge of various pump systems.
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligible to operate a vehicle per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency board up, water extraction, and fire mitigation services.
• Prepare rooms for work activities, set up staging areas and equipment.
• Demolition and general clean up.
• Heavy cleaning duties and debris removal.
• Set drying equipment and monitor moisture levels.
• Maintain organized work areas and secure equipment.
• Interface with customers and relay information to Project Manager.
• Complete paperwork and upload documents into the database.
• Maintain warehouse, equipment and tools; ensure vehicle stock.
• Monitor safety and appearance of jobsites and company vehicle.
• Participate in on-call schedule for after-hours service.
