Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in email and text message communication.
• Excellent grammar and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Compensation based on commission (we pay salary plus flat, volume based commissions).
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales leads generated online.
• Be highly organized and monitor all internet sales leads with detailed customer files.
• Appointment scheduling and follow up.
• Build strong rapport with customers and maintain contact after the sale.
• Learn and internalize our customer experience policy: The Kuhn Code.
• Become knowledgeable in teaching high-tech features of our vehicles for sale.
• Greet and assist customers in showroom or on lot.
• Input customer data into our Client Management system.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Describe all available equipment and options for customer purchase.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicles.
• Learn all steps of the sales process per company standards.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
• Assist management with showroom and lot maintenance, including moving vehicles.
