Job summary

Montage Health seeks a Per Diem Night Shift RN to provide on-site acute care and rapid response across hospital operations in California. You will perform direct clinical assessments, triage, and interventions, collaborating with the Hub C3 and bedside teams.

CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ICU/ER experience are required; BSN preferred. Assigned hours are 12-hour noc shifts with weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 5 years of acute care nursing experience.
• Vascular access and ultrasound-guided IV placement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to rapid response events (RRT), Code Blue, and other emergencies.
• Provide direct clinical assessment, stabilization, and hand-off to the appropriate team.
• Collaborate with bedside nurses, physicians, respiratory therapy, and other disciplines.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient status per policy.
