Job summary

Montage Health is seeking an experienced RN to function as the Hub C4 clinical response resource in a 0.9 FTE, 12-hour day shift in California. The role emphasizes rapid assessment, escalation, and coordination during cardiac, respiratory, and other urgent events, in partnership with Hub C3 and Incident Command.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years acute care nursing, CA RN license, and experience with high-acuity care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recent acute care nursing experience.
• Demonstrated experience caring for complex or critically ill patients.
• Proven ability to independently assess patients and initiate interventions.
• California RN license; BLS/ACLS/PALS/NIHSS or higher certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to rapid response, code events, and other emergencies with direct clinical assessment and intervention.
• Triages clinical needs and stabilizes patients, coordinating with Hub C3 and incident command as needed.
• Provide hospital‑wide clinical support and resources during urgent events.
• Collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other teams to ensure patient safety.
• Documentation of assessments, interventions, and care activities per standards.
