Job summary

Montage Health is seeking a skilled RN for the Clinical Hub C4 role in California. You will provide hospital-wide clinical assessment, respond to rapid response events, and support frontline teams with complex patient care needs from the hub perspective.

Qualified candidates bring extensive acute care nursing experience, CA RN licensure, and BSN preference. The role includes 0.9 FTE, 12-hour day shifts, and rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• California RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• 5+ years of acute care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to RRTs, Code Blue, and other emergencies with direct clinical assessment and intervention to stabilize patients.
• Provides proactive clinical surveillance and rounding for patients at risk of deterioration to support frontline teams.
• Assists with vascular access, ultrasound-guided IV placement, and other complex clinical needs in coordination with Hub C3.
