Job summary

Montage Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve in the Clinical Hub C4, providing hospital-wide clinical expertise and rapid response support. You will assess, triage, and initiate interventions, working closely with the Hub C3 and frontline teams to ensure patient safety and optimal care.

Role includes after-hours vascular access and PD support as needed, with a 0.9 FTE 12-hour night shift, and a pay range reflecting experience. Certification and licensure requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold state RN license (California)
• ACLS required
• PALS required
• NIHSS required
• CCR N/CEN or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Responds to RRTs, Code Blue, and other clinical emergencies to stabilize patients.
• Provide direct assessment and timely interventions at point of need.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to Hub C3.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, providers, and allied health professionals.
• Participate in emergency preparedness and hospital-wide events.
