Job summary

The Primavera Foundation invites applications for a Program Manager leading the Rapid Rehousing program in Tucson. You will supervise staff, ensure HUD compliance, manage budgets, and coordinate with partners to move clients into permanent housing.

The role requires a Bachelor's in social services, 2+ years leadership, RRH knowledge, and strong planning and data skills; you will model integrity and compassion in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Service or related field.
• Two years of leadership and management experience.
• Two years of experience with mental health, substance use, housing insecurities or trauma-related work.
• One year of grant/contract management.
• RRH program knowledge or housing program experience.
• Proficiency with Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; database experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, and evaluate program staff; provide guidance and mentorship; conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports.
• Review and evaluate departmental activities; implement changes for effectiveness.
• Establish relationships with Primavera programs and outside agencies; engage landlords and property management.
• Participate in Continuum of Care and Coordinated Entry functions.
• Ensure HUD compliance and documentation; maintain 95% file compliance.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in financial processes and reporting to funders.
