Job summary

Primavera Foundation is seeking a Program Manager for the Rapid Rehousing program. The role provides leadership, oversight, and evaluation of services, with emphasis on process efficiency, staff development, and grant compliance.

The successful candidate will coordinate services, manage staff performance, and ensure program integrity while working toward housing stability for program participants. Strong collaboration and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Service or related field required.
Two years of progressively responsible leadership and management experience.
Two years of experience with people experiencing mental health, substance use, or housing insecurities.
One year of grant and contract management experience.
Knowledge of Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) programs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database use.

Responsibilities

Hire, supervise, and evaluate program staff and conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports.
Review departmental activities, progress, and capacity; implement improvements as needed.
Build collaborative relationships with Primavera programs and outside agencies, focusing on landlord engagement.
Participate in Continuum of Care and Coordinated Entry functions.
Ensure HUD compliance and maintain 95% file accuracy.
Maintain 100% accuracy in financial processes and grant reporting.
Update program materials and protect confidentiality.
Prepare required data and participate in trainings and meetings.
