Job summary

Upward Bound House is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Rapid Rehousing program aimed at ending homelessness. The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of client support, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage relationships with landlords.

This role requires a strong background in social work, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to foster a supportive environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about making a difference in the community and possess a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social services, specifically with housing resources for the homeless.
• Demonstrated managerial experience with mentoring and training.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to advocate for clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement UBH’s Rapid Rehousing program for the homeless.
• Oversee case management services to retain housing for clients.
• Build partnerships with landlords and mediate issues.
