Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable human services field; MSW is a plus.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish, English/Arabic, or English/French preferred.
• Experience with homelessness and housing first approaches.
• Trauma-informed, equity-focused service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manages an average caseload of 20-25 households in Rapid Rehousing.
• Conducts comprehensive in-depth assessments using standard intake tools.
• Develops and monitors individualized housing plans to address barriers to housing.
• Coordinates with Housing Locator to assist participants in obtaining housing.
• Allocates and tracks use of rapid-rehousing funds (ESG, VHSP).
• Maintains HMIS documentation and reports outcomes to meet contractual obligations.
