Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field.
• MBA and leadership experience preferred.
• 7+ years of lab experience with supervision.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop local strategy to grow the business and profitability.
• Improve operations efficiency in laboratories and logistics; optimize IT usage.
• Lead marketing and sales to strengthen client relationships.
