The Center Manager will manage customer experience, fleet relationships, and revenue growth while ensuring service quality and compliance with OSHA standards. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading teams in automotive or service retail environments.
• Strong understanding of P&L, cost control and revenue growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences and drive sales performance.
• Own and manage the center’s P&L, labor, and operating expenses while controlling costs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of service technicians and leaders.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and facility standards across the service center.
• Build relationships with local fleet accounts and the community to drive growth.
