Job summary

Responsibilities include training new staff, managing payroll, overseeing service bays, inventory, and cash handling, while promoting guest satisfaction and smooth center performance in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail automotive center or equivalent business.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic literacy and arithmetic skills; ability to read service orders and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Hire new employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Provide thorough training to new hires and ongoing staff development.
• Schedule staff for optimal coverage and labor utilization; manage time clocks.
• Prepare payroll and maintain accurate employee files.
• Oversee service bays, inventory, and daily financial processes.
• Monitor cash handling, POS systems, and monthly reports.
• Plan local center marketing activities and community engagement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
