Job summary

CRS is seeking a Global RAPID Grants and Compliance Manager to oversee the financial management and reporting of a portfolio of global projects. You will ensure adherence to donor requirements and CRS policies, coordinating with program staff, HQ finance, and country teams.

The role requires strong grant financial reporting, audit readiness, and compliance oversight across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in finance or accounting and at least three years of grants

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum three years of progressive grants management experience.
• Strong demonstrated experience in the areas of finance and program management.
• Experience in setting and monitoring complex budgets.

Responsibilities

• Grant Financial Management: act as principal contact for global grant financial management and compliance with program staff, CRS HQ Finance, and country staff; ensure staff understand donor requirements.
• Reporting: prepare and review donor financial reports and support budgets/spending inquiries.
• Compliance: assist with financial audit prep; ensure timely closure of audit recommendations; implement donor policies.
• Cost Application Development: oversee development of cost applications and ensure budgets reflect activities.
