Job summary

Catholic Relief Services seeks a RAPIDGrants and Compliance Manager to lead global grant financial management, reporting, and compliance across donor requirements. This role reports to the RAPID Senior Manager and sits within HRD, with up to 30% travel and a project duration through January 2028.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of USG funding rules, grants reporting, and experience with ERP systems (JDE/Oracle). Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with global grant financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of USG funding mechanisms and requirements.
• Ability to train staff on finance policies and donor rules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal contact on global grant financial management and compliance with staff, sub-grantees, and HQ/ country program finance.
• Prepare donor financial reports and lead HQ review prior to submission.
• Develop and implement tools and manuals to ensure compliance across sub-recipients and staff.
