Burrell Behavioral Health in Springfield, MO, is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician I to join the Rapid Access Unit. You will deliver direct, supportive care to clients, assist with daily activities, and help implement individualized treatment plans.

The role offers opportunities to work with a multidisciplinary team, monitor patient status, document observations, and provide crisis support as needed. A path for growth and a comprehensive benefits package are highlighted.

Formación

• High School education or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of responsible employment experience.
• Experience in Human Services or a related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and supportive care to clients/patients, promoting their recovery and well-being.
• Monitor and document client/patient behavior, vital signs, and medical symptoms.
• Assist clients/patients with daily activities, such as personal care, medication administration, and transportation.
• Facilitate group education/structured activities, promoting social interaction and skill-building.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, as needed.

Educación

High School education or equivalent

Two (2) years of responsible employment experience

Experience in Human Services or a related field is preferred
