Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior appearance of our apartment communities in Madison, AL. You will perform routine curb appeal tasks, assist with make-ready, and help keep common areas tidy while coordinating with the Service Manager.

You will respond to resident inquiries with courtesy, report hazards, and participate in safety trainings. This role requires weekend availability and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter, debris, and pet waste.
• Cleans and maintains common areas and amenities; assists with make-ready tasks.
• Completes service requests as assigned and notifies supervisor of hazards.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates updates as needed.
• Responds to resident questions and concerns with respectful, courteous service.
