Because this position directly supports the U.S. Marine Corps, we highly encourage transitioning service members and veterans to retain their actual military terminology on their resumes. Please do not "civilianize" your military experience (e.g., use "Commanding Officer" rather than "CEO," or "Sergeant Major" rather than "Director of HR"). We understand and value your military ranks, titles, and operational experience.

Coordinate with key stakeholders including Marine Corps Operational Test and Evaluation Activity, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Sea Systems Command, USMC Installations, Joint Services, and Combatant Commands.
Draft and support development of RTA Capability and Requirements documentation including Requirements Memorandums, Capabilities Development Documents, Capability Requirements Changes, and Letters of Clarification.
Conduct GRSP and RTSP site visits to assist installations in developing, validating, and tracking training system requirements.
Conduct quarterly liaison visits with Program Manager Training Systems (PMTRASYS) to reconcile RTA requirements and program status.
Coordinate, develop, and execute annual GRSP/RTS prioritization boards including drafting tasking messages, collecting inputs, developing agendas, synthesizing installation inputs, and producing final prioritized lists for CG TECOM signature.
Active Secret security clearance required.
Bachelor’s Degree required; OR
High School Diploma with a minimum of four (4) years of RTAM or range-related experience.
Prior experience supporting Range Training Systems, GRSP/RTSP programs, or PMTRASYS coordination highly preferred.
Experience with military training systems, requirements development, or capability planning strongly desired.
Familiarity with DoD/USMC acquisition, requirements, or training system governance processes is a plus.
Green Cell Consulting complies with ADA regulations. Candidates must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Prolonged exposure to outdoor training environments and installation visits.
