Responsibilities

• Monitor range activity and enforce safety rules.
• Identify and address unsafe handling or behavior immediately.
• Provide clear safety instructions to customers at varying experience levels.
• Conduct range orientations and safety briefings.
• Maintain professional control of the range in a friendly manner.
• De-escalate situations and involve management when needed.
• Assist customers with basic firearm handling questions.
• Maintain awareness of customers and activity on the ranges.
• Respond to range emergencies and safety incidents.
• Keep ranges and equipment clean and organized.
• Perform routine cleaning and restocking duties.
• Support other areas of the business as needed.
• Follow company safety policies and management directions.
