Position Summary

The Range Operations Coordinator is a trusted operational and key-holder position combining range safety, customer service, retail sales, and day-to-day facility responsibilities.

This position requires strong judgment, reliability, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to handle routine operational situations independently. The Coordinator is expected to be capable of supporting all normal range and retail operations while also accepting responsibility for assigned opening, closing, security, and facility procedures.

This is a key-holder position but is not the same as the Team Supervisor position and does not inherently include responsibility for supervising employees.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform customer-service, sales, operational, and range-safety responsibilities associated with daily range operations.

Perform Range Safety Officer duties when required.

Provide knowledgeable assistance with firearms, accessories, range services, memberships, rentals, and related products.
