Job summary

Twice is seeking a Range Attendant to support daily golf operations, ensuring the practice range opens each morning and runs smoothly. You will restock balls and clubs, maintain a neat range area, and coordinate with Pro Shop staff to prepare for players.

The role requires strong guest service, reliable attendance, and the ability to follow instructions while enforcing course policies and safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Basic math skills required.
• Regular and reliable attendance expected.
• Strong guest service skills and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the practice range for players in the morning.
• Replenish golf balls and clubs in racks for range patrons.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Keep clubhouse and practice range areas clean and orderly, including restrooms and trash.
• Work with Pro Shop staff to prepare for golf operations.
• Implement and support all course policies and programs as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Job description

Overview

As a key member of the property's golf operations team, the Range Attendant reports directly to the Golf Course Head Professional or Assistant Golf Professional and attends to the golf cart fleet and driving range.

Experience Required

• Strong guest service skills
• Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred
• Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
• Ability to work well in fast paced environment
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be dependable
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possesses basic math skills.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Essential Responsibilities

• Ensure the practice range is open and ready for players in the morning
• Replaces golf balls and clubs in racks for use by driving range patrons
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Ensure the clubhouse and practice range areas are kept orderly and clean, including restrooms and trash cans
• Work closely with Pro Shop staff to prepare for golf operations
• Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
