Job summary

Twice is seeking a Player Services team member for the Tucson golf course to support seamless rounds for members and guests. You will help manage golf cart fleet, driving range operations, and maintain clubhouse and surrounding areas.

The role requires a friendly, flexible individual who can work outdoors in varying weather, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior golf industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license or permit to operate equipment.
• Must be available for weekend and evening work.
• Pleasant personality and flexible with work schedule.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat/cold, humidity and on uneven surfaces.
• Knowledge of the local area and property is helpful.
• Golf course work experience is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of golf as a player or caddie is preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, crouch, kneel, push and pull.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service as the essential function of the position.
• Manage rental golf cart fleet cleaning, storage, and rotation.
• Oversee driving range tee and range ball operations and maintain clean range balls.
• Keep driving range teeing area tidy and presentable.
• Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
• Keep clubhouse, parking lot and surrounding areas clean and presentable.
• Use time effectively to complete duties each shift.
• Maintain cart barn tidiness and a hazard-free workspace.
• Keep rental club room tidy and organized.
• Greet players, assist with bags, clean clubs, and return clubs to storage.

Overview

The Player Services position supports the overall golf experience by managing operational details that help create a seamless and enjoyable round for members and guests. The role includes supporting golf cart and range operations, maintaining the presentation of the clubhouse and surrounding facilities, and delivering attentive service in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Experience Required

• Valid driver's license or driver's permit required to operate equipment.
• Must be available for weekend and evening work.
• Pleasant personality.
• Flexible with work schedule.
• Knowledge of the property and surrounding area.
• Previous golf course work experience is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of golf as a player and/or caddie preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to constantly stand, walk, bend over, reach, crouch, kneel, balance, push, and pull.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work outside in excessive heat and cold with humidity/dampness.
• Must be able to work around motorized equipment/machinery with loud noise/vibrations.
• Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces above ground.
• Must be able to work with chemicals, detergents, and cleaners.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide customer service as the essential function of the position.
• Manage rental golf cart fleet cleaning, storage, and rotation.
• Manage driving range tee and range ball operations, including maintaining adequate clean range balls.
• Keep the driving range teeing area tidy.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
• Keep the clubhouse, parking lot, and surrounding areas clean and presentable.
• Use effective time management to complete duties during each shift.
• Maintain cart barn tidiness and a hazard-free workspace.
• Maintain rental club room tidiness.
• Greet players returning from play, assist with golf bags, clean clubs, and return clubs to storage when applicable.
• Assist with training newly hired employees when needed.
• Serve as range captain on clean-pick nights and oversee range ball collection as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed or required.
