Job summary

XRI seeks a Ranch Coordinator to serve as on-site representative for the Elliott property, overseeing stewardship, surface-use compliance, and revenue development. You will work with Operations, Land, Legal, and commercial leadership to ensure contractual commitments are met.

This role requires regular field presence, knowledge of SUAs, easements, and rights-of-way, and the ability to enforce contracts while pursuing opportunities in ROW, surface damages, water sales, caliche, and other approved

Qualifications

• Experience with Surface Use Agreements and related oil & gas contracts.
• Knowledge of rights-of-way, easements, and surface damages processes.
• Strong written/verbal communication and contract enforcement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular on-site presence to inspect roads, fences, utilities, easements, and surface activities.
• Identify and document unauthorized activity, safety concerns, and restoration needs; track corrective actions.
• Coordinate maintenance, access, and restoration after construction or operations.
