Job summary

AgReserves, Inc. seeks a Ranch Maintenance Administrator for Sooner Cattle Co. to join our local farm team. The role focuses on sustaining stewardship goals by managing inventories, equipment, housing, facilities, stock water, and cattle support activities.

The position requires 5+ years in maintenance, a water well license or ability to obtain within 45 days, and proven ability to lead field teams while remaining within budget. Excellent communication with leaseholders is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in maintenance/mechanical roles, including welding.
• Water well drilling/pump license or ability to obtain within 45 days.
• Proficient in handling cattle and operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ranch houses and facilities.
• Supervise windmills and stock water infrastructure.
• Coordinate and supervise outside contractors and vendors.
• Preventative maintenance and minor repairs of tractors, trucks, and equipment.
• Ensure reports are accurate and submitted timely.
• Operate within annual budget and assist in capital/operating budgeting.
• Maintain security and safety within stewardship.
• Assist with cattle production activities as needed.
• Coordinate with area and unit managers on maintenance needs.
• Represent the ranch professionally.
• Participate in safety committee.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
