CARC, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to support daily operations at Washington Ranch. You will perform maintenance, assist with repairs, and help keep the property well-maintained to support residents and operations.

Responsibilities include painting, landscaping, irrigation support, and routine inspections. You will work with the Washington Ranch Director and team, ensuring safety and organization in a hands-on role.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be over 21 and able to be approved by our vehicle insurance company.
• Experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain various tools and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with maintenance and repair of buildings, fences, equipment, and vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, and cleaning.
• Assist with irrigation and watering systems as needed.
• Ensure ranch grounds are well-maintained (mowing, weeding, trimming).
• Conduct regular inspections and address needs promptly.
• Document maintenance activities and manage inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the Washington Ranch Director and team for smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
