Job summary

Bee Green Recycling & Supply, LLC is seeking a skilled Ranch Facilities & Grounds Technician to maintain the ranch and buildings, roads, and agricultural areas. The role requires operating lawn care and landscaping equipment, hand/power tools, and vehicles, often outdoors in varied weather conditions.

The successful candidate will follow safety practices, take initiative, and support property improvements, fences, irrigation, and cleaning tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical requirements and lift 20–75 lbs regularly.
• Proven safety mindset and attention to detail on outdoor sites.
• Experience with hand and power tools is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain lawncare and landscaping equipment safely.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools listed in duties.
• Operate side-by-sides and power equipment vehicles; tow trailers.
• Perform tasks outdoors in varying weather and terrain conditions.
• Complete duties as directed by Manager, including construction assistance and painting.
• Maintain attendance and uphold safety and work quality standards.
