Job summary

Bee Green Recycling & Supply is seeking a skilled Ranch Facilities & Grounds Technician to maintain the ranch, perform groundskeeping, and support infrastructure projects across the property. The role requires initiative, problem-solving, and alignment with our core values on safety and service.

Candidate should be able to operate lawncare and landscaping equipment, hand and power tools, and drive vehicles including trailers, in outdoor ranch settings with varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must perform physical duties including standing and lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Experience with lawn care and landscaping equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Safety-conscious with ability to work outdoors in varied weather.
• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain lawn care and landscaping equipment.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools.
• Operate side-by-side and power equipment vehicles and tow trailers.
• Work outdoors in ranch environments and follow safety policies.
• Assist with fences, gates, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Maintain property cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Report unsafe conditions and accidents immediately.
• Maintain good attendance and quality of work.
