Job summary

Bee Green Recycling & Supply in the Bay Area is seeking a Ranch Facilities & Grounds Technician to maintain the ranch, roads, and buildings, and to help with property improvements. You will take initiative, follow safety policies, and work in alignment with our core values.

This role involves operating lawncare and hand tools, outdoor tasks in varied weather, and collaboration on fence work, irrigation, and general grounds upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must safely operate and maintain lawncare and landscaping equipment.
• Must operate and maintain hand and power tools used on the job.
• Must be able to tow trailers and operate light vehicles as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and rough terrain.
• Strong safety awareness and a reliable attendance record.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate lawncare and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform cleaning, fencing, ground maintenance, and basic repairs as directed.
• Assist with construction, painting, and irrigation tasks across the ranch.
• Maintain property and facilities; follow safety policies and procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents to supervision promptly.
