Job summary

Bee Green Recycling & Supply is seeking a Ranch Facilities & Grounds Technician to perform hands-on maintenance, groundskeeping, and property-improvement duties across the ranch and buildings. You will operate lawn care equipment, hand tools, and power tools, and help with fencing, irrigation, and site upkeep.

Ideal candidates have experience with outdoor work, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work independently in varying weather conditions. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job.
• Experience with hand and power tools is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required for Company vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain lawn care and landscaping equipment.
• Maintain hand and power tools and vehicle as needed.
• Perform grounds maintenance and infrastructure tasks across ranch property.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Assist in construction, painting, fencing, and general site upkeep.
