Job summary

Bee Green Recycling & Supply in Oakland, CA is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities, grounds, and essential systems in top condition. You will perform routine inspections, minor repairs, concrete pours, and support special projects, reporting to the Project Manager.

We value reliability and safety, requiring at least 3 years of maintenance or construction experience, a valid driver's license, and legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction, maintenance, or similar field.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be accepted for coverage by the Company automobile insurance carrier.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting.
• Perform minor repairs and address maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Prepare and set up concrete pours, including formwork, reinforcement, and mixing. Perform post-pour cleanup and maintenance of equipment.
• Support various special projects assigned, which may include facility upgrades, equipment installations, and other projects.
• Assist the Project Manager with all projects as directed.
• Maintain an excellent attendance record and an excellent safety and work quality record.
