Job summary

C Lazy U Ranch in Granby, Colorado seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead and develop the maintenance team, oversee facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, and ensure safety and guest readiness. You will plan preventive programs, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and drive capital projects while delivering a five-star guest experience.

The role requires at least four years in maintenance or facilities management, two years of supervision, and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of maintenance or facilities management experience in the hospitality, construction, or related industry.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, plus a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and maintenance equipment; ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, schedule, and develop full-time and seasonal maintenance team members.
• Provide training, coaching, performance management, and corrective action when necessary.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Schedule labor resources based on business demands while maintaining labor budgets.
• Support interdepartmental collaboration and assist other departments when operational needs are required.
