Job summary

Flying Diamond is seeking a Colorado Springs Division Manager to lead Tee Cross Ranch (40k acres south of Ellicott) and oversee two other ranches in the division. The role focuses on efficient operation of logistics, planning, equipment, infrastructure, and cattle performance in line with holistic ranch management principles.

Reporting to the COO, the manager will guide a small operations team, manage annual plans, and ensure health checks and record-keeping are rigorous across all properties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing scaled cattle operations.
• Knowledge of low-stress cattle handling and rotational grazing preferred.
• Strong logistics, planning, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 members of the division’s cattle operations team.
• Develop and execute annual operating plan for three ranches.
• Plan and execute cattle processing days with health checks and record-keeping.
• Ensure day-to-day operations are efficient and aligned with the plan.
