Job summary

Sundance Trail Ranch LLC in Colorado seeks a Second Cook to join a small, scratch kitchen. You’ll be the head cook’s right hand, cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner for up to 24 guests plus crew, with family-style service and a multi-role environment.

Live on-site with on-site housing and three meals daily. The role requires a readiness for weekends and holidays and a physically active, hands-on kitchen approach at 8,000 ft. If you’re up for the challenge, read on and apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook in a small, scratch kitchen preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required before start date.
• Background check is required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for guests and crew, family style.
• Work as the Head Cook's right hand; when she’s off, run the kitchen.
• Assist with maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping during low-guest weeks.
